🇨🇦 Canada — eTA

1. Service Overview

Evisa2go.com ("we", "our", "the Service") is an independent, private travel consultancy and visa facilitation platform specializing in processing and optimizing eTA applications for travelers visiting Canada.

We are a private enterprise operating under a lean One Person Company (OPC) model. We are not a government agency, nor are we affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) or the Government of Canada. We function strictly as an intermediary logistics and technology provider that validates, formats, and transmits application data on behalf of the applicant.

2. Eligibility & Applicant Affirmation

By utilizing our platform and purchasing our services, you formally confirm and warrant that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age, or possess full legal authority as a parent/guardian to apply on behalf of a minor.
  • Your passport possesses a minimum validity of 6 months from your intended date of entry into Canada.
  • You meet the specific expansion criteria for Canada eTA eligibility (e.g., holding a valid, non-immigrant US Visa or having held a Canadian visa within the last 10 years) if applying under the eTA expanded nationality framework.
  • You are not legally restricted, prohibited, or banned from entering Canada by Canada immigration authorities.

3. Automated Processing, AI OCR, and Tech Deployment

To deliver industry-leading execution speeds and fulfill our strict Service Level Agreements (SLA), Evisa2go.com employs integrated automation tech:

AI OCR Data Extraction: Our platform uses automated Optical Character Recognition (OCR) to extract biographical text from your uploaded passport and visa documents.

Applicant Verification Duty

While our AI data extraction is highly accurate, you retain sole and absolute responsibility to review, verify, and correct the pre-filled fields on the Review Screen before clicking "Confirm". Evisa2go.com is completely exempt from liability for any application rejections or errors resulting from text fields confirmed by the applicant that contain typos or mismatches with the physical passport.

Automated Submission: Upon your final confirmation and successful payment, our internal system routes your data securely using optimized browser extensions directly onto the official Canada visa application system (IRCC) to complete the processing loop within your selected SLA timeframe (Emergency, Rush, or Standard).

4. Accuracy of Information & Government Refusals

Approval or denial of a eTA for Canada is at the sole, absolute discretion of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC). Evisa2go.com acts strictly as a data processing facilitator and does not guarantee issuance. We are completely exempt from liability for application denials, delays, or port-of-entry refusals resulting from:

  • Incorrect input of passport numbers, expiration dates, or historic visa numbers validated by the user.
  • Blurred, low-contrast, or corrupted document uploads that degrade automated processing.
  • Background security flags, prior international visa rejections, or unfulfilled health declarations.

5. Service Fees, Payment, and Stripe Integration

Our transparent pricing models encompass comprehensive AI document verification, data formatting, automated submission operations, and operational management.

  • All payments are securely executed via our integrated Stripe API payment gateway.
  • Our service fees are billed separate from the mandatory 7 CAD Canada government processing fee.
  • All financial transactions are final and are governed explicitly by our formal Refund Policy. Opening an unauthorized or fraudulent credit card dispute (chargeback) on Stripe without engaging our support team first will result in immediate termination of the application, cancellation of any issued eTA, and permanent platform blacklisting.

6. System Contingencies & Force Majeure

Under our OPC infrastructure, we maintain a global monitor for external system statuses. If the official Canada immigration system undergoes unexpected maintenance, server downtime, or connectivity outages:

  • Our operations team will engage the Global Alert / Freeze SLA mechanism on our CRM tower.
  • Your processing timer will be paused instantly, and an automated alert will notify you of the external system state.
  • Evisa2go.com is not liable for structural travel delays, missed flights, or consecutive booking losses caused directly by external infrastructure failures beyond our operational control.

7. Intellectual Property

All system architecture, software configurations, user interface designs, Chrome Extension scripts, logos, and textual data deployed on Evisa2go.com or within the Base44 development environment are the exclusive intellectual property of Evisa2go.com. Unauthorized duplication or reverse engineering is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Evisa2go.com, its management, and its technical advisory departments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including but not limited to lost airline tickets, hotel reservations, or travel interruption losses) arising from the use of our automated services.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, update, or amend these Terms of Service at any time to reflect software updates on Base44 or changes in Canada immigration regulations. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications constitutes full legal acceptance of the updated terms.
